I have created a Exchange connector (no echange online), I have a Exchange 2019 Server.
Put there my Domain Name (local.com) and Exchange URL and with an e-mail ([email protected]
If I send a e-mail to The [email protected], it is coming on, but it created no incident on The scsm console

Hello and welcome to the forum!!! Have you setup an Active Directory connector? By default, only emails (tickets) from users with SCSM end user permissions will be accepted into the system. I would also take a look at default templates and make sure you have them specified as default incident requests. Please see the screenshots below.
